We proudly serve the city limits of Scottsdale, as well as the surrounding areas of Paradise Valley and Biltmore. For locations outside of our designated service area, please contact us for a personalized travel quote.
Service Policies
Late Arrival
All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be offered extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
Service Fee
A service fee is not included in treatment costs. Gratuity is also not included; it is always appreciated but never expected. Your continued business and referrals are the highest compliment you can give us.
Payment/Refund
We accept all major credit cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Personal or traveler’s checks are not accepted. Gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be redeemed at the time of booking. All sales are final.
Bachelorette Parties: A card on file and/or a deposit is required to hold the appointment. Deposits are applied toward the service. Cancellations, reschedules, or modifications made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit. Bridesmaids may pay separately after services are rendered.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. While we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu up to date, please note that prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Special Conditions
Please inform us at the time of booking and before your treatment begins of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs that may affect your services.
Residential clients are accepted by referral only.
We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
All of our therapists are licensed professionals. Inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and will be reported.
