We’ll arrive about 10 minutes early to set up. We bring all necessary equipment. Please prepare the space so we can comfortably move around our tables (about the size of a twin bed).

No, we bring everything we require, including tables, sheets, lotion, and a speaker for music. You’re welcome to enhance the environment with dim lighting, candles, or essential oils if you’d like.

For massages, wear something easy to change in and out of. Undress to your comfort level; many clients prefer to leave undergarments on. Therapists are trained to drape you properly so you’re always covered.
For facials, since they include a neck and shoulder massage, removing your top will allow for the best experience and prevent oils or products from contacting your clothing. A drape and blanket are always provided for comfort.

A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied to your final balance. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, cash, and credit cards (small processing fee applies).
Gratuity is not included, and while tips are always appreciated, they are never expected. The best compliment you can give us is your continued business and referrals.

We can accommodate most group sizes with sufficient notice. For groups larger than 10, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.

Yes! All of our therapists are certified in prenatal massage. We use a special bolster system that allows clients to lie face down comfortably. Please notify us in advance so we can bring the proper equipment.

In most cases, yes. Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or injuries before your treatment so we can make any necessary accommodations.
